How do I edit an M3U playlist without a text editor?
Load your playlist into the editor above via link, file upload, or pasted text. Every channel becomes an editable row: change names, groups, logos, EPG IDs, or URLs, delete dead entries, then download the cleaned .m3u file.
Is the M3U editor free?
Yes, completely free with no signup. All editing happens locally in your browser, so your playlist never leaves your device.
Can I remove dead channels from my playlist?
Yes. Search for the channel, click the delete button on its row, and download the file. For large lists, run the M3U checker first to find format problems, then open the result here.
How do I rename a group for all channels at once?
Filter the table with the search box to show the channels you want, then edit each group cell. Group names are saved exactly as typed when you download the file.
Will my edits break the playlist format?
No. The download rebuilds a valid M3U file with proper #EXTINF lines from your edits. Special characters are preserved and empty rows are skipped automatically. New to the format? Read the M3U playlist guide.
